Installation
Just run the runall.sh script and answer the questions.
You will get the installation result in output.$$ file (in case of problem).
Usage and features
At the end of the installation process, nagios should be up and running.
You can manage it through its Web interface.
A new "Administration" option in the left menu allows you to manage the configuration files.
With EZNag, you don't need neither MySQL database neither import/export functions:
everything is automatically imported in a small SQLite database and you are always warned
when synchronization is needed.
In the Administration page, the "Graphs" option allows you to create graphs handled by APAN/RRDTool (metanag only).
With EZNag, graphs are automatically generated according to the check commands (check_tcp or check_http for now).
The graphs are available through the "notes_url" displayed in the "Service Info" Page.
The "Extended Info" option can be used to associate graphical icons to hosts and services.
The "Populate with nmap" option can help to create hosts and services from a nmap scan of from a nmap scan
result provided as a XML file.
